Benefits:
Compensation includes salary plus the opportunity for sales commissions and bonus incentives, payable in accordance with the standard payroll practices of the Company and subject to all withholdings and deductions as required by law. As a regular employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in a number of Company-sponsored benefits, such as Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Simple IRA Matching up to 3% after 90 days. In addition, we have a company Book Club to promote self and team development - participation provides monthly bonus opportunities.

Culture & Requirements
Culture:
Team Outings: we typically do several team events a year (In the past, we've enjoyed events such as the Strawberry Festival outing, Halloween outing at Howl O Scream at Busch Gardens, Company Christmas parties, and more!) We have also participated in philanthropic events through Cross Cares (such as beach clean ups, volunteer opportunities, 9/11 day of service, etc)
Training Opportunities: We partner with Pest Management University, Sentricon University and currently building out our own Cross Academy for employees to engage for promotion and career development and advancement.
Employee Recognition: Quarterly Do Awards - we give our $500 bonuses for each Core Value at our Quarterly Town Halls - for a team member that exuded that Core Value in the previous quarter. Monthly Leaderboards through our Review Management System - Applause, Monthly Shout Outs for Birthdays and Anniversaries, etc.

There are no overall requirements for entry level positions besides positive, can-do attitude.
