Services

 

Our regular six-month roach and ant service is offered to single family homes with the owner in residence and carries a six-month warranty. We customarily service rental units on a quarterly basis with a three month warranty for roaches and ants. Annual service is also available on some homes, after a  visual inspection to determine feasibility.
 
Commercial accounts require a visual inspection to determine both the price and whether a 1, 3 or 6 month warranty is appropriate.

 

After the initial service, allow approximately 30 days for the treatment to achieve control. After that initial 30 days, retreatment will be provided without charge during the remainder of the warranty period.

 

Tubes in the wall treatment and integrated pest management are available.

Flea or tick treatments require that people, children, and pets remain off the floor surfaces until they are completely dry. For any services, children under 4 months old must be out of the house for 24 hours. Children over 4 months old should remain out of the house 3 to 4 hours or until spray has completely dried.
